Whitemary. Born Biancamaria Scoccia, she is a singer-songwriter originally from Abruzzo but now living in Rome, with a diploma in jazz singing and a teacher of music technology. Starting out in jazz, she moved on to Italian song and now manipulates samplers and analogue synthesizers.

Whitemary is part of “Poche”, the female collective founded by Elasi and Plastica, an open and free space that promotes the meeting and emergence of the many artists and producers who populate the Italian electronic scene.

Having made a name for herself with the EP “Alter Boy”, the remix of “Repito” by Ditonellapiaga and the feature on “M E G A” by P L Z, after a long series of singles she released her first album, “Radio Whitemary”, on 10 June 2022 on 42 Records.

In 2024, a new album, ‘New Bianchini’, was released, marking a further important evolution in her artistic career.
